School's Out For The Summer!

Woo hoo!! School is out! I am sooo happy! It is time to get back to a relatively normal life, or at least normal for me.

After I got my test back on Monday, I calculated what I would need to get on my last test to get an A. I needed to make an 82. I was like, that was totally doable. This stuff wasn't that bad. It was the GI and musculoskeletal system. Yesterday, I hit a wall. I couldn't study anymore! This happened at about 3:30 PM. Ugg...a whole half of a day, and I felt like I couldn't look at it anymore. So, I put the books up, and did some housework.

Today comes around, and I am up like normal, 0500. It came too early. I get to school, get some good studying time in, and take the test. Wow...this test was kinda hard. Wish I didn't hit that block. But, the things that I really didn't know, weren't in my notes anyway, so oh well. I took my best guess and went on.

Grades are posted, and well...I made a 91! Woo hoo! So, my grade for PathoPhysiology is an A! I am so happy! I worked hard all semester, and it finally paid off! Now, for a break from school, and time to get back to my home at CFDC! Can't wait until next week!!!

  5. Boohoo, I can't make it tomorrow. I have to meet with Dee's daughter for another session--that has priority over everything. I even had to cancel my movie outing. It's for my master's degree, so I am not too bummed. Good luck on the ladder, girls! I know you'll do great!! See ya Monday perhaps, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to make myself go to the 6 a.m. WOD. Kick some tush!

  6. Awww...I will miss you! I had a surprise to show you! OK, not much of a surprise, but I dyed my hair dark brown, and got it cut like 2 inches! My hair feels so short!!!

Yes, your Master's projects are more important. If anyone understands, its me!

  8. I am the morning shifts at work, so I probably won't get to see you! When is your surgery? Oh, and when do you want me to come by and meet the kitties?

  9. Bah, Dee canceled, but I still feel like I need to get a ton of stuff done before my surgery, so I'm going to take another rest day (5 on 2 off, right?). My surgery is Tuesday afternoon, whee! And you can come meet the kitties when we see Harry Potter if you'd like. It's really up to you! I don't really have a life right now, as you can understand completely, so I am usually in, except for a few outings planned next week, but the week after that will be crunch time to get everything done so that when the last week of July comes, I'll be ready to go to SC to see Kason graduate! :D

  10. Sorry Dee cancelled. You deserve a rest day! You have been working hard all week! I will be sending well wishes for your surgery! Will you be okay to go see Harry Potter after your surgery? Don't want to strain your eyes too much!

  11. Thanks, Amy! I think I will be fine seeing Harry Potter three days afterward. I will be sure to bring my eye drops with me, though--I will need to rehydrate pretty regularly still, but I will want to do it quickly so I don't miss a moment of the movie! :) Can't wait!!
